First of all, thanks to everybody for wishing us a happy Anniversary. Reps are coming to you, I just have to spread them around. As for dinner tonight, it is leftover carne asada and pollo asada from sunday. We had frozen the meat sunday night to keep it fresh.

Last night made frittata out of andouille sausage, mushrooms, green onions, and my brother's leftover tri color rosemary roasted potatoes.

Oh. My.

Tonight I'm thinking vegetable beef soup made with green beans, sirloin, a can of tomatoes, barley, etc. Very healthy.

I just finished posting a recipe in a meatloaf thread, so I think tonight it's going to be my meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, and mixed vegetables. For dessert, it'll be angel food cake with pineapple/pudding/coolwhip frosting topped with strawberries.
