Did manage to make some beef barley vegetable soup, will have some tonight. It has sirloin chunks, fingerling potatoes, mushrooms sauteed in sherry, fresh green beans, onion, carrot, celery. DH's review is not good - too many veggies by far - but I like it.

Hope y'all are doing well and swell.
Hope you feel better soon Debsi!! We are having hard shell tacos tonight. We'll be feeding the kids ......

I love salmon croquettes! How do you do yours? Mama always made them into balls and then deep fried them! YUM!

Paper plates are my "fine china" most nights! LOL

Tonight I am taking the leftover ham I baked and throwing it in some scalloped potatoes for an easy casserole. Side salads and light bread w/ butter. (Tomorrow I am going to bake a turkey - I think! )

Thanks to all of you who were worried about me during those awful tornadoes! I really appreciate all the messages, and the msg on my facebook - you know who you are! LOL!

Spaghetti w/turkey meatballs and I don't have to cook it! I've spent most of the day at the vet specialist getting my cat diagnosed (lymphoma) and don't have a speck of energy left. Son is going to make dinner so I can just veg out.
