Some pan done porkchops with some sliced onion and pepper, baked potatoes, and a steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix in a light cheese sauce

Grilled steak...grilled corn....roasted peppers...onions....salad {wife put a gun to my head} and stuffed shells from the kitchen.

Leftover tri-tip roast beef slices with beef gravy, rice pilaf and a side of steamed broccoli. Also had a glass of iced tea.
