I made a pot full of diced ham,black beans,corn,diced tomatoes and rice and seasoned it with some black pepper,garlic,chili powder alittle salt and a cup of chickern broth.

Into a parchment packet some halibut, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic, diced tomatos, lemon slices, and some dillweed and into the oven they go, then some brown rice to go with
