I pan seared two pieces of salmon, then chopped them, added parsley and lemon. made some penne pasta, added the salmon to it, a little tomoato sauce and just a couple of tablespoon of heavy cream, to make a pinky sauce.
Turned out fine. Actually it was pretty filling, so we just had some lettuce and tomatoes salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar afterward.

Best part of it: it took 20 minutes total to make it, so it's one of those weekdays quick dishes.
