Son graduated from high school today, so we went to Carrabba's after the event. I had Pasta Rambo (linguine w/lobster, spinach, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes in a lemon butter sauce).

I made homemade beef stroganoff, and yeast doughnuts filled with egg custard and topped with chocolate. (everything made from scratch)

Arctic Char grilled on aluminum foil with lemon slices all over. Spring greens salad mix from Krogers. (is it possible there was dandelion green in there?)

After a busy day at our GD's 1st BD party we grabbed some KFC to bring home for dinner last night! I am making some split pea soup for dinner tonight and will probably have the rest of the chicken and biscuits with that.
