I finally found something to do with the garlic Philly cooking cream cheese stuff!!!
I had some leftover rotisserie chicken, broccoli, carrots and corn on the cob. So made some pasta twists and cut the corn off the cob. I put it all in a big skillet. I poured the cream cheese stuff over it all with a little milk and parm cheese. Warmed it all up and the girls loved it.

Frying up a big slice of ham in butter. Fresh corn on the cob slices with new potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and carrot.

Dipped some chickie breasts in seasoned flour, browned, and now in the oven....doing some rice with veggies, and a side salad

Soemthing I haven't had for a while. I'm simmering a batch of homemade spaghetti sauce right. Needs to simmer for a couple of hours to incorporate all the flavors of the herbs and spices. I'll have it on some whole-grain pasta. Yum!
