Tonight will be hen, macaroni and cheese, speckled butterbeans, green beans, cornbread dressing, and giblet gravy if the hen has the liver and neck etc... with it.

It's a cooler day here and I had time to cook, so tonight it was moose steaks with crimini mushroom/sherry/cream gravy, fresh green beans and mashed potatoes. It was delicious - and it was nice to finally have time to eat!
