OK, so it's our anniversary, but we weren't planning on doing anything, since we're getting ready to go away next week. In a paper today I saw an article about a new BBQ restaurant nearby, so I guess we'll go there. They had me at "Homemade potato chips with melted blue cheese and rib meat"....their salads look good too.
Were having the same thing as last night...
cooked fresh veggies. Only I made cabbage to go with the fresh green beans, fresh cucumbers & maybe a backed potato.
I LOVE veggie meals, so does Hubby.
To hot to really think about cooking even with my a/c on. The house is nice and cool but I thnk it's just knowing it's so hot out it makes me so not hungry! SO to figure out what to cook is difficult. I'm leaning towards chicken nuggets and french fries with cucumbers sliced on the side.
Damn, I forgot to look for Pizza at ALdi's today. We are having ramen noodles (ok, so they are not the best thing to have, they are quick) I am adding a chicken breast, cilantro, chopped chilli's, bell pepper and snow peas. Also I am making a small fruit salad.
