Default What's for Dinner tonight in your neighborhood?

Thanks Beretta for closing other "what's" thread. For forever it said Sept., so I didn't know to visit it for current meals.

Here's mine for tonight...11/13/2010


I think I'm gonna go easy tonight with grilled dogs or stadium brauts, hm potato salad, & ceasar salad.

My mom is having a big dinner at her house tonight. Ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, etc. We have family visiting, so my mom is cooking like crazy.

Baked chicken wings with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Egg noodles with a cream of chicken soup gravy
Sauteed zuchini and yellow squash with onions and garlic for a veg.
Water to drink..

Ham steak plus whatever sides my wife chooses. I'm hoping she cooks some of the fresh mustard greens she bought early this morning with a sweet potato.

Kids wanted hamburger potato soup and I fixed me some pork fried rice which I cooked to much rice so plenty of leftovers.

OK, now you know I am going to be asking after that soup recipe! Is it more like a stew, or are the potatoes creamier?



Dinner tonight is oven broiled chicken, crowder peas, mac & cheese, salad.

Made a big pot of DS's leftover garden veges..(at least a half pound of mustard greens!) ..added 2 cans of white northern beans..
