After I take out about a quarter of the yogurt and leave it in the fridge, it separates, and I can just pour off the whey. But I don't, I find some use for it. If I just want the plain yogurt, I spoon it out and the whey stays in the carton.

nice video spiderbear,I have heard about Greek Yogurt. But I have never tried.. What is different between Greek and non-fat yogurt?
