Fish fillet on a bed of corn.
I took a pot and dumped in a can of corn (with the water); shook the pot so that the corn goes to an even layer. Then I laid the fish fillet on top of the corn and put the cover on the pot.
Turned the stove on a medium-low heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
Dang - I discovered something really good! Served it in a bowl -just slid all that corn and the fish into the bowl and added a bit of salt. Excellent middle of the night eats!
