The usual; plain oatmeal w/skim milk and black raspberries, banana and coffee. I try to have oatmeal Mon-Friday and on wkends I have multi-grain pancakes or waffles as my "treat"!

Piece of dark chocolate. My AM antioxidant punch. At 86 % chocolate, it's a bit bitter,but my tastebuds are acclimating...
