I could but I would be tempted to snap some of the judges pencil necks in half and stomp their guts out while beating my egg whites into stiff peaks for my cheese souffle. Stuck up arrogant little arse sniffers.

Nah, I just want to eat it not cook it ! I would love to be a "judge" for it though. I loathe cooking but love eating including Foie Gras and all those things some people find really too fancy for them.

I wouldn't even qualify for the WORST Cook in America show. I'm not even savvy enough for that. I can cook a few meals very well, but I don't know the terminology for the fancy stuff or even how to use all those gadgets.

I love trying some of the fancier stuff at restaurants but I tend to use what I have on hand for my own cooking - which are very common ingredients.
