They just started offering that at a resturant by my house. I thought about it...but thought $7.00 for RAMEN?! It must be different than the stuff that is 6 for a $1.00...I confess, I still eat Ramen, it is comfort food to me...love it with a bit of chili oil. That makes it gourmet.
I'm a big fan of noodles in general...be it ramen, udon, sobal whatever.
I like to cook up the cheapo instant ramen at home on occasion, minus the seasoning pack, and toss it with stir-fried veggies and sriracha sauce. I do the same thing with rice, but noodles are a change of pace.
I usually keep a supply of Ramen. I add whatever I have handy. I sometimes drain the water add some butter and whatever and eat. I usually love to add cheese. I like the idea of soba noodles.

I had a Korean friend turn me on to this stuff many years ago.He would take a couple of eggs and add to it,then fill it full of tobasco sauce.Til this day I still add eggs to the ramen noodles as well as soy sauce and tobasco sauce.I put a little more water than is recommended cause the eggs will take away a lot of the juice when cooking.
