On a lot of food packaging's nutritional facts, on the vitamins and minerals section, they only list Vitamin A, C, Calcium and Iron, even if the the amount for one or more of these is 0% daily value. What about the other vitamins and minerals? For example, I have a small bag of almonds with me and it only lists the vitamins and minerals I mentioned above. Doing some research, almonds apparently also contain Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Why aren't these also listed?

I think it has to be above a certain % of RDA to make it onto the label.

Only certain things are required by law and it costs money to do that, more would cost more money and drive up our prices. (I'm pretty sure, not positive about that) I prefer to look it up online!

Most chain restaurants have the same info on line now.

Exactly. I have a protein shake in front of me and it lists about two dozen different vitamins and minerals.

Not mandatory. I would rather worry about the ingredients and where all that stuff came from...
