the reality is that the "quality" of the ingredients really means practically nothing when it comes to your health or weight control. in the end a calorie is a calorie and a gram of fat is a gram of fat. so while you shouldnt be eating taco bell every day, its because its high in fat and calories. you are no better off going to a high end mexican restaurant and paying 5 times the price if the calories/fat grams are equal.

Has anyone tried the Crunchwrap Supreme that Taco Bell is now selling for 88-cents (88% beef) as part of their campaign against the lawsuit?

PS- The sale ends March 5th, so if you live in the Pacific time zone you still have 50 minutes to go and get one!
