So I know everyone has their own way to properly clean chicken and I'm curious to learn some new/better ways.

Most people, I think buy their chicken already cleaned, and have never cleaned a chicken in their lives.

Please explain what you mean by cleaning it. Are you referring to a chicken that needs to be killed, gutted, plucked etc? Or do you mean the chicken you buy at the supermarket? If it's from the supermarket, you do not need to, nor should you, clean it. Just wipe it dry and proceed with cooking it.

I will soak chicken in a bath of vinegar and water for 10 min, rinse and cook.

Rinse it under cold water and dry with a paper towel.
If you mean you're starting with a live chicken...don't know, and don't want to know.
