ETA: I forgot to answer your question: The cast is off, the brace is off, last x-rays on 3/24 but I'm still Limpy McLimperson. So much for being a tough broad, huh?

No more climbing snow banks taking Mr McPoopy to pee for you!!!!!!
My usual breakfast order is two eggs over easy, hash browns with onions, bacon well done and wheat toast or an English muffin with orange marmalade. One of our local restaurants does Eggs Lucy, an eggs benedict with spinach instead of meat and it is excellent. DH doesn't like the food there because it is too healthy. When in SXM, I always get eggs benedict and DH gets banana-stuffed french toast.
Damn it I forgot. Joe's Special from Original Joes in the City. Well since it's now closed I have to make it at home.
What is it you ask? Look it up. I have been eating it since I was a kid when my Grandparents used to take me to San Francisco on weekends to the Zoo back in the 60's.
Eggs Benedict, with lots of Hollandaise sauce, and country style breakfast potatoes. That's usually what I order, or when I crave biscuits and gravy I'll order them with crispy bacon and shredded hash browns, with poached eggs. If I'm doing it at home I have the eggs soft boiled, but I have yet to find a restaurant that can get soft boiled right.
