Lately I have been taking protien drinks to work. I used to get a snickers bar, but these are probably better for me. Or I eat a handful of nuts. At home, usually PBJ on toast or a slice of cheese.

I don't "snack" really. Is a snack something you eat in between regular meals?
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner; rarely eat more than 3x a day. But when I eat, I usually eat large. With dessert.

I'm the opposite of chiroptera - I snack throughout the day and many days don't even have what most people would describe as breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I eat nuts, peanut butter, cheese and crackers, fruit (mostly banana and apple), veg (baked yam, broccoli, raw carrots, etc), hummus, rice...

I usually eat a handful of almonds on my way home from school each day. Maybe 10 or 15.

I don't snack much in between my main meals. If I do, it will be usually one of the following: a piece of fruit, ice sorbet, cup of milk, yogurt, small cup of tapioca or chocolate pudding, yogurt and fruit parfait, few animal crackers, handful nuts & raisins ...

I love kiwi and blueberries. Lately, I've been spinning my wheels with school and life in general so I grab a banana to go when I'm starving. For a mini lunch/snack I like whole wheat pita bread and hummus. This weeks flavor is roasted pine nut. Last week was roasted garlic. Delicious!

I hate popcorn because it gets stuck in my teeth and I spent a lot of money on those babies, so that's out of the question. Cheese and crackers or corn chips and salsa are yummy too. I also make my own trail mix with almonds, cashews, raisins and sunflower seeds. I throw in a handful of M&M's for a treat. I recently discovered a new flavor of yogurt that is vanilla and blueberry or vanilla and strawberries, I think they're called "Duets". Those are good.
