Homemade beats store anytime. There are recipes all over the net, inc here at CD, try lots of them until you find your favs, then add your own twist on it. It's actually very fun! Some of my favs have Dr Pepper, root beer or other sodas as a base. At the store, I dont care much for any of the major brands. There is a regional brand here called ELGIN I do like. Some of the STUBBS varieties are ok.

I enjoy the STUBB's Marinades. Don't care for their BBQ Sauces though.

I get bored with any of them after awhile. I sometimes mix two of them together to create a new flavor. I like Vinegar and Tomato based sauces. Just have enough and don't skimp.

I prefer to make my own these days. Experimenting is fun.

Stubb's is probably the best stuff I've tasted so far. One of these days I'm gonna mix one of those sweet BBQ sauces with Sriracha chili sauce and we'll see how it goes..
