Give you the most gas? Lol! I know this seems like a troll thread but I thought it'd be funny.

For me it's beans, hummus, popcorn and I guess spinach. Lol

White castles-There's a reason why this is at the top of my list. I haven't eaten whitey's in at least 6 years, maybe longer, and what happens after I eat a few of these will forever scar my friends and myself.
Onions-Seriously, I absolutely LOVE onions, but good god the after effects will shake the earth beneath me.
Beans-not so much, but yeah some gas is expected

That's about it. I don't really eat a lot of hummus and spinach, unless I go someplace and have spinach and artichoke dip.

Bran muffins, actually bran anything. I tried doing the bran muffin thing for a while to help with my cholesterol. Everything I read said your system would adjust and the gas effects would eventually stop. Even after eating them for weeks, the ill effects never stopped. I finally decided it was just a cruel joke. Let's see how long this idiot will continue eating these nasty birdseed like muffins whilst not being able to leave her house for fear of exploding in public, before she decides heart disease would be preferable.

The usual suspects: Beans, broccoli, cabbage

The unusual suspects: Mushrooms, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin...)

But I don't fart. Ladies never fart. True story.
