If I feel filled, I never get hungry whatever I see from delicious food.
Just when I'm hungry, or not eat well. Food pictures might give me more desire to eat.

Some times, to smell delicious food for a long time will make you feel filled quickly when you starting eat.

I guess, there is a scientific research about this case.

Anyone has that, too ?

best regards

Well, I made the mistake of reading through the "Sandwich Fillings" thread today. I think I'll be eating new sandwiches for the next month or so. You guys are GOOD.

Not so much on this forum, there is too much talk about fast food and semi-homemade foods which I don't eat. I have to really pick through the threads here, sometimes a good one will give me cravings, though. I often get hungry while watching a good cooking show (not rachael ray lol), or when I am reading a cooking blog like The Pioneer Woman.

(Did you see on her blog that she's going to have a cooking show soon?)
