I would take Homemade Chicken and Noodles...I mean the noodles are home made too. OMG Yummy...

OR maybe a garden chef salad with chicken and croutons.

I guess I would need gallons of butter, garlic and seasoning for all the fresh fish that I catch each day. Sweet tea for drinking and garden salad as a side. I'm good to go! :-)

I do not know if this is true, I saw on TV years ago that if you are stranded and needed only one food to survive, be healthy and filling .... that would be one sweet potato a day. It has everything your body needs to survive.
