You are stranded on a deserted island , and you can take with you enough of any one food item/dish to last you a lifetime , what would that be ?

Mashed Potatoes. Probably not the most practical, but it is one food I never get tired of....and I once had to be on a no chew diet for 6 months!

Wow--this is weird.
Mashed potatoes and sushi were going to be my post.
I know they don't really go together, but my gosh I do adore both of them, they are like the food of the gods to me.

Seafood, especially, Crab ( spider crab) king scallops, mussels and rock lobster, king prawns... Sushi, Beef fillet, Wild Boar, Hare and very very dark chocolate
