I'm sorry but when I think potato chips, I think Lay's. They are so thin and crispy.

While my son was living in DC he got hooked on UTZ Crab chips. He sent a bag home to me and they were really good. Unfortunately, (or maybe fortunately for way weight) the only UTZ products we can get here is cheese balls, occasionally. I'm thinking I may order him some online and just have them shipped to his house as a surprise.

The only way I will eat Pringles is when I buy them from a local gourmet chocolate factory. They dip them in dark, milk or white chocolate fudge. They are available in either the little short sized cans or the regular sized cans, just like regualar Pringles. They are to die for. Of course they don't call them Pringles. They are called Crisps. Just in case anyone is curious, here's a link to the website. www.bedrechocolates.com/jsps/company.jsp

The Best Potato Chips You've Never Tasted - Esquire

Oh, the crab chip is on the list. I think that I have to look around for those.

crab chips? and I saw this from the link you gave CAJUN CRAWTATORS. That sounds tempting to me but how do you store these chips in refrigerator?

Speaking of chips I do not like kettle chips they are to hard for my liking. I feel like Im going to break a filling eating these chips.

I'm a chip fan but they have to have flavor... and a lot of it! I despise plain potato chips as well as flavored ones that barely have any flavoring on them. If I'm getting all those (empty) calories, they'd better at least taste good!

For those who get mad about all the air in a bag of chips, what difference does it make? You're psychologically torturing yourself for no reason whatsoever. You aren't being cheated out of a single chip. Whether 10% of the bag is full of air or whether 99% of it is, you're still getting the same amount of chips. The air is there to act like bubble wrap - it protects the chips.

As someone mentioned, they are sold by weight. 16 ounces is 16 ounces is 16 ounces. Neither the size of the bag or the amount of air in it changes that. It's the same with every other packaged product out there.

The only Pringles I ever enjoyed were the Curry flavored Pringles I had when I lived in Ireland. Otherwise, the Pringles made in the US don't agree with my stomach.

The regulations and restrictions America places on food companies in how they can, and can't, make their products is so bad that American products are very nearly all HORRIBLE compared to the products these same companies (like Nestle) are able to produce for European consumption.

Granny Goose wavy chips. 3.29 for a 3lbs bag at Food 4 Less here in California.

I like the wavy chips and then plung them into various flavored dips and salsas.

Also the Salt and Pepper Kettle chips from Costco have to be the best ever devised by man. Never had these so called ketchup flavored chips.

Don't like pringles either. Not big on potato pulp pressed into chip form products.

I like Salt and Vinegar chips and Dill Pickle chips! I like a good ZONK of flavor! There have been so many new flavors of chips coming out in the last couple of years that it's fun to try them. I really like the Tomato Basil ones from, I think, Lays.

Still, I'm a Doritos guy. Tons of flavor, especially the Buffalo Ranch! I like to get a can of the Frito Lay Cheddar Cheese and Jalapeno dip, put them on Doritos and heat them up in the oven until the edges of the Doritos get brown. Perfection!
