Sonic. The only one around here is out in the boonies. When I have to drive out that way I console myself with tots and a cherry limeade.

I forgot about Taco Time! I think that was the place I used to go in college after my Saturday job. You could get a plate for like $3.

In the interest of health and well prepared food over a 10+ year period in a few states Chick-Fil-A would be my choice...

Not so. They only have one type of bun and that's seeded which I can't eat.

I don't do fast food burgers but I ordered a veggie sandwich there and I had to scrape off the bun. Actually, it was more like picking them off. Not worth the touble. It wasn't all that anyway.

I've never seen an Anthony Bourdain show or read any of this books. I've never been to In-N-Out Burger (but only because they don't have any where I live). I saw this video the other day and I dig this guy. Also: I've never wanted an In-N-Out Burger more than I did while watching the video.

If I had a choice and I don't eat fast food often, I would have an IN-N-Out burger but they are still pretty regional. They have opened int Texas, but not anywhere here near us. We just keep hoping. The only one restaurant here that I would choose weekly would probably be Burger King. I do like Panera's but I don't really consider that true fast food. I am thinking more like the Popeyes, hamburger places, things like that. Most food today is fast food to some degree.
Out here in Colorado it would be Del Taco...I love their spicy chicken burrito with hot sauce. It is delicious.

In Chicagoland it would be Portillo's. It is the best fast food in the world.

God help you if you have a peanut allergy and you take one tiny step into the front door of Five Guys. That bottomless box of free-for-all box of peanuts in the shell, peanut shells and dust everywhere would send anyone with this kind of allergy straight to the ER or worse.

If I had to eat fast food once a week from the same place I choose Arthur Treachers. Their fish is ok. Not being a fast food eater I can't imagine eating fast food burgers or chicken or tacos every week.
