i love tempura! can you believe where I live right now there is only one Japanese take-out (mostly bland, and canned shrimp-ugh!)

I so need to get back near a city again!!

I can't stand the crunch that comes with eating softshells, but I can sure mess up a bunch of steamed blue claws.

Wild salmon fillet. baked then convected @ 375 until a crispy layer develops. Salt, pepper, olive oil and paprika beforehand of course. Topped w/ a slice of lemon. Easy.
