Mine is peanuts and raisins. They are really filling and if I eat them later in the afternoon I won't be hungary for supper. But they are healthy and taste good together.

At about 4 pm I crave a jolt of sugar sometimes. I like a cup of black coffee and 1 or 2 cookies.

I try to stay away from afternoon snacks, but if I have to splurg I grab a handful or 3 or nuts...

Mid morning snack if I do any: always cheese or ham and cheese..

My usual that I never get tired of...

Kashi chewy trail mix granola bar...and a banana at the same time if I'm really hungry.

But unfortunately, I usually just settle for more boring fare...like a couple of cookies or a piece of fruit.
