My son was suffering an iron deficiency from running long distance races and I found a liquid iron supplement at Walgreens, they had to order it but it was really inexpensive and worked great. He mixed it into orange juice (it didn't take much) and cured him right up. I don't think he ever used any type of juice other than orange, but I'm sure you could. If my memory is correct (and that is the ten million dollar question), adding it to orange juice somehow made it easier for the body to absorb. Good luck.
Tomatojuice is quite high in iron. Or any fruitjuice with much vitamin C. Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron from plant sources if you dont eat much meat.
good luck!
Naked Juice makes the GREEN MACHINE is looks awful but tastes awesome. and its made with brocolli and spinach, apples and other fruits and veges, which is quite high in iron and tastes great
