I love Thai red curry!! Have to try the green one of these days, though. Our current Thai crack recipe involves chicken, peanut butter, red curry, and coconut milk.
Tonight for dinner is pan fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, navy beans,roasted asparagus and cornbread. Sweet iced tea to drink.
