Of course you can! The more the merrier! I have not made this, but my bestie has made it twice and loves it! Says the crust is just right, but next time she wants to add more to the filling - like mushrooms, etc. I want to try this, but DH is soooooo picky about any type of crust or breading - he will pick it off and say it's too doughy!

Tonight is going to be baked ham, mac & cheese, butterbeans, etc.

Tonight I will fry large pork chops, using no oil, and serve them with stuffing and spinach.
It's the best I can do until we hit the store on Saturday(!)....

I'm going to try that pizza casserole sometime soon, with gluten free flour of course. it looks great.
No dinner for me tonight! Off to the TV studio right after work, DH and his band are recording for a local TV music show that will be on this weekend. Maybe I'll get a burger and a beer SOMETIME tonight!!

Roosty - how in the heck are you going to fry porkchops with no oil?

The wife's parents are coming up from OK for her birthday and is picking up Boston Market for dinner before they get here.

I don't know whether to be excited about a free dinner or bummed I have to tolerate my in-laws.

Will do. I just picked up both Bob's Red Mill all purpose flour and baking flour yesterday at Whole Food's.
