I think French Silk Pie would be a nice dessert to go with this meal!

I guess I will explain why we are having our typical Christmas meal (sans lobster) on Dec. 4. Hubby is about to start chemo and radiation treatments and by the time Christmas comes around he will be eating only soft foods and nutritional supplements or be on a feeding tube. I figured we better get in a good meal while we can!

Baked breaded (seasoned breadcrumbs further seasoned with cayenne pepper) chicken breasts, roasted potatoes (My favorite roasted potatoes) and roasted brussels sprouts (Yummy delicious (and easy-peasy) brussels sprouts).
