Thursday--We had to do some shopping so used a Longhorn gift card
Friday--delivery gifts to our family we sponsored, so not sure yet. Don't really know where we are going or how long it will take
Today was supposed to be beer-can chicken roasting day in prep for tomorrows jambalaya. Someone forgot to get beer however. So I'm currently making a chicken stock for tomorrow. I'll use some of the chicken for dinner tonight with mashed taters and mushroom onion gravy.
I was going to make spaghetti with capers as posted earlier but I was too tired from working so I had a feta melt from the greek place. Pita bread with melted feta, tomato and mushrooms and the hubby had chinese. Both places are mext to each other so it was convenient.
I went to Outback tonight. I had a prime rib steak with a baked potatoes, steamed green beans and a Coca Cola. I also had a caesar salad too and the bread with butter. It was delicious! I ate it all.
I should have taken a picture of it and posted it on here. But oh well, maybe next time.
