An Italian dish I can't think of the name of, but it was bite size pieces of pork that had been in a garlic and herb marinade then mixed with red peppers, and red potatos.

Can't remember if I even got on CD last night, but we had chicken corn chili and cornbread.

Dinner tonight was at my mom's house: prime rib, baked potatoes, roasted green beans, and corn on the cob. Cheesecake for dessert. It was sooooo good.
