Baked potatoes in the oven. Going to make homemade queso with velveeta and Rotel to go on top. Broccoli to make myself feel like I'm not being so terribly unhealthy.

As my dad would say, I am going to toot my own horn.
I made my first homemade apple pie and whipped cream today. My husband told me that it was the best apple pie he has ever ate. He also told me to never bur Cool Whip again.
Ohh and for dinner I made pomegranate chipotle chicken in the crock pot, green beans with a touch of olive oil, garlic and parm cheese then we had some simple rice too.

We had roasted chicken with some Italian veggie mix. Easy and delicious. The best thing? Husband is cleaning the kitchen!
