a Buffalo Chicken wrap of sorts....

Flour tortilla with a very small amount of hot and spicy mayo, chicken strips cut into chunks, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, variety of baby greens, shredded cheese, and a little ranch

Burger King currently has a buy one/get one special for their chicken sandwiches. I got two of the original kind and had one for dinner. I'm saving the other one for lunch tomorrow.

I do a big cookout once a week: This week Ham/Split Pea soup and Gramma's Fruity Pot Roast, with brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, bottle of beer, prunes, apricots, apricot jam, potatoes, onions. On the sweet side, but oh so delicious!!!

Then I decided to torture my body and make two dessert recipes out of my Southern Traditional Cookbook: Chewy Oatmeal Spice bars w/coconut & raisins, and Double Frosted Bourbon Brownies. First, make these rich, chocolaty/nutty brownies, sprinkle 1/4 cup of bourbon on top, top with White Frosting, then top once again with a Chocolate Glaze, of 1 cup of chocolate chips & shortening.

Only every other month, will I choose a recipe or two from that blasted irrestible Cookbook!
If I made half the recipes in that book, it would send me to a Fat Farm. Small wonder the highest obesity rates are in our Southern States! But you gotta indulge in some sin once in awhile!

Throw in a can of tomato sauce and your choice of seasonings.

I once did a extremely simple dish with merely cabbage, sausage links with tomato sauce!
