I made a double batch of spaghetti sauce this morning (my aunt's recipe that my whole family loves) and froze it all in containers. So the last thing I want is to spend time in the kitchen this evening. We're going out for sushi.
I made a big batch of chili which I'm using for taco salad tonight (a la Wendy's). I also made some fresh salsa. Alas, no guacamole, since the avocados need a few more days to ripen.
Ice cream for dessert.
