I went to Jack in the Box and bought an Ultimate Cheeseburger combo, which includes a small order of fries and a regular-sized drink.

we are having spinich and cheese stuffed chicken breasts, squash and carrots and cottage cheese. I will probably boil a couple of potatoes for hubby.

leftover tuna casserole for hubby, healthy choice meal and brussel sprouts for me.

Pinto beans cooked in ham drippings and fat/meat.
Scratch cornbread slathered in butter. Honey added later to make into the eve's dessert.


Tomorrow, it will be split pea soup made with all of the rest of the huge ham baked last eve.

Threw together the chili last night in the crockpot and by tonight it should be pretty good. That an cornbread and a salad.
