NEW: What's on Tonight's Dinner Menu? (red wine, hamburgers, frozen, tomatoes)

Last night we grilled pork ribs and had that with brown rice and grilled skewers of red & green bell pepper, onions, pineapple and eggplant.

Tonight we'll have leftover ribs and dice what's left of the grilled veggies and add them directly to the leftover rice.

Baked chicken with homemade bbq sauce, Lubby's Cauliflower bake, salad.

Rainy day...
I think I will make another artisan (EVO, garlic, oregano, red pepper) pizza.
Toppings = Pepperoni, olives, green peppers, onions, maybe a tomato?

To serve w/ some wings, celery dip on side.

Grilled hamburgers/cheeseburgers, fries, salad, homemade baked beans, with a tall frosty beer.

Balsamic chicken with mushrooms, jasmine rice and saute'd escarole with garlic and oil.

Gigantic colby cheeseburgers with all of these goodies: lettuce, tom, onion, PICKLE, mayo, mustard, ketchup.
Also, giant steak fries!

I bought over 3 and one half pounds of ground chuck today, along with great burger buns, tomato and onions for a cheeseburger feast. With just the two of us, that's plenty of burgers.
