I have a church women's salad pot luck to attend so I am making chicken pasta salad but I will leave a hamburger patty, veggie and potato for hubby, I think he can handle fixing that, but I am not sure.

No clue yet, but it's hot and muggy already this early. So I'm thinking BLT's with maybe some sliced rotiss chicken on fresh Publix seeded jewish rye sliced thin. Yum, yum!!!

Felt like baking today so I made:
A 2-minute chocolate chip cookie in a mug
A 2-minute chocolate chip peanut butter chocolate cake in a mug
A regular batch of chocolate chip cookies
And for dinner I made a three cheese pasta casserole.

I made homemade BBQ sauce (case44's recipe) and I will be basting my hubby's turkey thighs with it.
