Tonight I am going to use Lamb shoulder to make a stew, served with Jamaican rice and peas with my spinach and blue cheese salad. For dessert I am preparing a pear galette.
the kids, grandkids and great grandkids will be here: we are starting with stuffed jalapenos, and chips and salsa plus another appitizer. Then dinner is very simple; we are doing a taco bar with both beef and chicken, and mexican beans.
Went to Bahama Breeze for dinner tonight. I had coconut shrimp, yellow rice, and broccoli. DH has grilled tilapia, sweet potatoes, and green beans. We had ordered black bean soup and a salad, but the server forgot them, which left room for dessert. Dessert was Costco's very berry sundae.
