New dinner guests tonight, so I get to make the same things I always serve for first time guests. My formula dinner of make ahead chicken dijon, rice pilaf (UB 90 second), asparagus, spring greens salad, artisan bread. They are bringing dessert. It's second, third, etc time guests that take more thought.

Last night, leftovers...tonight request from Lizzy for spaghetti, going to use ground turkey, add some veggies, and use her **** jar sauce. She doesn't like the added veg, I don't like the jar sauce....compromise

The family pet...don't leave home without it.

Today was a Pig Out Day for some reason???

I had one of those footlong fat hot dogs with kraut & mustard around 11:30 this morning . Yummy, but bad, bad me.

So tonight I made a spinach salad with bacon & hard boiled egg, with a vinegrette dressing & for some reason I had a hankering for cornbread oozing with butta!
All GOOD!
(Tomorrow it's clean out the gutters, so I feel I deserved it.)
