Tonight's offering is oven pork roast with potatoes and carrots, green beans (maybe!), salad or cole slaw (not sure yet), soft wheat rolls with butter. Dessert is homemade peach cobbler with cool whip or vanilla ice cream (hubby's choice - he loves both!!)
