Had thin crust white pizza with spinach yesterday.

Tonight I am making grilled shrimp and orzo again, but our out of town guests are arriving tonight too. Not sure if they'll want to go out or stay in, but this dish is even better the next day anyways, so it's a win win!

no, not thai curry.

burn some onion cubes and pieces of bacon in a big pot with oil, insert the filled peppers (they need to STAND ALONE so choose the right ones in the market, flat bottom) add water that peppers are HALF covered , add tomatoe purree and some beef buillon ( you have better than beef beef base) let cook for about 20 minutes in half heat, remove peppers when they are soft, add some Bechamel sauce OR Cream, if you want, thick the sauce with flour or corn starch. The white color of cream and the red color from tomatoe puree makes the sauce look like this...

for the filling i use minced beef ( or is it ground beef?) onions, whole egg, little garlic, salt, pepper, 1 wheat bun .
