Emeril Lagasse's Chicken Marsala... cutting the butter almost completely (may finish with some though). Serving it with mixed greens and multi-grain capellini. My capellini will have fresh tomatoes, but DH doesn't like them, so he'll get them with just garlic, touch of olive oil, and fresh pepper.
Windy, looks like rain, and a last minute invite for fajitas at the kids.
As I expected it rained so things changed a bit. We had stove top fajitas (more like roast beef cut in strips). Spanish rice, Al Dente pinto beans, sausage and asparagus. Kids!
