The crab cakes are fresh made but truth be told they are made with immitation crab meat which I normally do not like but for some reason these are very good. The Potato croquettes are made in the store as well and sold fresh. Real crab meat cakes are more expensive to buy and to make from scratch because fresh jumbo lump crab meat here is about $25.00 for a 1 lb container. I only buy real crab meat maybe once a year otherwise I buy the crab cakes from this store by my mom's house. They are always a hit at party's and you just bake them in the oven for 15 minutes on 350.

I went to a barbecue last night:

BBQ ribs, grilled swordfish steak with lemon pepper sauce, potato wedges, green bean & corn salad, curried lentil salad, mixed salad, brownies, lemon bars, strawberry margaritas, white wine sangria.

Tonight:
Linguine with red clam sauce, salad, iced green tea.
