I.ve got roadkill surprise on the menu for this evening- consisting of this not so bright turkey, that started to do a middle of the road squirrel dance (darting back and forth)
and I had to hit him, or hit an 18 wheeler head on, so I stopped and it was dead....I got my roadkill kit out....paid homage to the turkey god, and cut the breast out,
teriyaki turkey kabobs on the grill
[said in my best Taz voice] "Wild turkey surprise!"
I'm going to grill hamburgers, cheeseburgers and corn on the cob. A side of potato salad and a nice salad of mixed organic greens to square the meal out. Gotta have lots of veggies.
Lap Cheaong rice...

Mom's marinated ribs
Steamed prawns
Fish & bitter gourd stirfry
Baby corn & garlic sauce
Various types of fish ball & wonton soup.
game hen: cous cous: cuke and watermelon salad and grilled squash. I hate to think of cooking the game hen, but I can only give hubby salad and sandwhiches so many days in a row and that is what we are having tomorrow night.
