Cheese burger (bleu cheese on mine,American on hubby's and cheddar on son's because we are all different lol) and fries. Simple but good when everything is home made. Grilled onions on burgers makes it especially good! Tomorrow is pizza day because I'll be out most of the day.

I make salad with tofu, avocado and tomatoes with soy/ginger dressing. Garlic vinaigrette sounds good, too!

Made meatball subs with 1.5lb of hamburger and probably 1lb hot italian sausage. Made like 16 big meatballs, or enough for 8 sandwiches. I'll be eating on this all week.

Meat was seasoned with thyme, rubbed sage, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, oregano, and basil. The sauce was homemade and only doctored up a little bit (for consistency) with an 8oz can of sodium-free tomato sauce.

Drinking blackcurrant green tea with a splash or three of locally-made cherry cider.

I'm not entirely sure what I'll make, but I do know the ingredients. Tofu, carrots, broccoli and bean sprouts. Perhaps, some sort of stir fry with rice and fresh fruit on the side.
