You're right, the thread was called "Whats for dinner", looks like it had at least 5 incarnations.

the crab cakes turned out great, thanks for you who gave me rep points. They held together pretty well. The chops were good too, all i put on them was some Emeril's original essence. That's stuff's great.
Tonight--burgers on the grill. I have no side though....I have one head of napa cabbage. Can i make cole slaw out of that?
